Whenever a group of people come together to form a team or organization, specific barriers appear - often hidden in magnitude from those inside the team or organization. These severely limit growth, goal achievement and overall success. At AGILEdge, we believe these barriers involve the following three areas: • Planning- What are you focused on? • People- Who? • Process - How?
